Our agency partners with the Cabarrus Health Alliance on the Innovative Approaches Initiative (IA). IA works to improve the service systems for children and youth with special healthcare needs or disabilities, birth to 21 years. This system improvement work is being carried out in Cabarrus, Rowan, Union and Gaston counties by working in partnership with medical providers, the school systems, community agencies, and most importantly, parents.
